WELCOME to The Web Spirit website. It has been a couple of years since the publication of our book, The Web of Women's Leadership, Recasting Congregational Ministry, and the years have brought a whirlwind of activities, seminars, and workshops based on the book. Also, many seminaries are using the book as a text in their divinity school programs.

People are not only reading this book, but because we put a web page address in the book, we are receiving good and positive feedback.
